What each line actually includes.
We book full container loads on our own service contracts rather than buying spot space when the rate sheet suits us. That means allocation you can plan against in peak season, and a rate that does not move between quotation and gate-in.
Every booking is filed against the vessel's cut-offs, not against our convenience. You get the VGM deadline, the SI cut-off and the gate-in window in writing when the booking is confirmed, and a call the moment any of them shifts.

Enquiry
You send commodity, weight, dimensions and the two ports. We come back with a rate, a routing and the cut-offs that go with them.

Booking
We place the booking against our own allocation, confirm equipment, and put the VGM and SI deadlines in writing.
- 03
Documentation & Licence
Invoice, packing list and licences are checked, and the HS heading is matched against import/export policies before anything is filed.
- 04
Customs
Shipping Bill or Bill of Entry filed on ICEGATE under our own broker licence. We attend all customs formalities in one group.
- 05
Movement
Gate-in, loading and sailing followed through to arrival, with an update from us at every milestone — not only when something goes wrong.
